We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all diamond pack purchases. If you're not happy with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date — no need to explain why.
How Refunds Are Handled
Our online reseller Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders and processes refunds on our behalf. Refunds are returned to the original payment method used at checkout. Processing can take up to 10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.
How to Request a Refund
You have two easy ways to request a refund:
- Through Paddle (fastest): visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used at checkout. From there you can request a refund directly.
- Contact us: email support@thieefygamestudios.com with your order reference (from the receipt Paddle sent you) and we'll help you arrange a refund.
What Happens to Diamonds After a Refund
Diamonds and any items purchased with them from a refunded order will be removed from your account when the refund is processed. If the diamonds have already been fully or partially spent, we may deduct an equivalent balance or, where that isn't possible, decline the refund for that portion — we'll always tell you before doing so.
Exceptions
- Refund requests made more than 30 days after the order date are considered on a case-by-case basis and may be declined.
- We may decline or reverse refunds in cases of suspected fraud, chargeback abuse, or repeated refund requests intended to exploit the system.
- Nothing in this policy limits any statutory refund rights you may have under the consumer protection laws of your country (for example, EU/UK distance selling rights).
