Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, accessing, or playing Heroes of the Reel, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the game.
Who You Are Contracting With
Heroes of the Reel is operated by Robin Aashildrød-Kjølner, trading as Thieefy GameStudios ("we", "us", the "seller"). By using the game you enter into an agreement with the seller on these Terms.
License to Play
The seller grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and play Heroes of the Reel for your own entertainment. You may not sell, lease, sublicense, or commercially exploit access to the game.
Virtual Currency & Purchases
Heroes of the Reel uses virtual currencies (coins and diamonds) and offers optional in-game purchases such as mana potions and auto-spin tokens.
- Virtual currencies have no real-world monetary value and cannot be withdrawn, transferred, or exchanged for cash.
- Prices are displayed at the point of purchase and may change over time or vary by region. Applicable sales tax/VAT is added by our reseller at checkout.
- Items and currency are tied to your account. We are not responsible for losses caused by account sharing, unauthorized access, or violations of these terms.
- Refunds are handled by our reseller Paddle in line with our Refund Policy. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on diamond pack purchases.
Payments & Merchant of Record
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Paddle's Buyer Terms govern the payment, billing, tax, invoicing, cancellation, and refund mechanics that apply to your order. Buying diamonds is a purchase from Paddle; using them in the game is governed by these Terms and our Refund Policy.
User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use cheats, bots, exploits, or unauthorized third-party software.
- Buy, sell, trade, or share accounts.
- Harass, abuse, or impersonate other players.
- Use offensive, hateful, or infringing names, images, or content.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt the game or its servers.
- Use the game for illegal purposes or to distribute malware.
Accounts & Security
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or that we believe are compromised.
Disclaimers
Heroes of the Reel is provided "as is" for entertainment purposes. Thieefy GameStudios does not guarantee uninterrupted service, specific win rates, or that any particular item or outcome will be achieved. Game outcomes are based on chance and server-side logic.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Thieefy GameStudios is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the game, including lost profits, data loss, or account suspension.
Intellectual Property
All game content — including art, music, names, logos, code, and designs — is owned by Thieefy GameStudios or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

Termination
